From Sweet Treats & More
What You'll Need:
2 1/4 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Butter, room temp
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 (4oz) package instant Oreo Pudding mix
2 Hershey's Cookies N Cream Candy Bars, broken into small pieces
2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
What To Do:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together flour and soda in a small bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Beat in pudding mix until blended, then eggs and vanilla.
2. Add flour and soda mixture to the butter/sugar mixture. Stir in candy bar pieces and chocolate chips. Using a cookie dough scooper, place dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 9-10 minutes. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet before moving to a cooking rack (they're VERY soft right out of the oven). Store in air-tight container. Makes four dozen
**Sorry for the "interesting" pictures. My camera battery was dead, so I used my cell phone. In the process, tried playing around with a new app that made the pictures look old and vintage. Kinda cool, but a little weird for food pics**
